Robb Bank$ Thinks He May Be Happy
If there were ever a time South Florida's hip-hop boundaries could take new shape, then it's now. And who better to lead the wave of what's to come than trill-rapper Robb Bank$?
The recent high school graduate's buzz has grown since the release of his solo debut mixtape, Calendars, as well as his collaborative efforts and friendship with Miami's SpaceGhostPurrp and Raider Klan.
There's still much to be seen from the young rapper, and with the recent release of his single "Refined," produced by Purrp, garnering much attention, his follow-up mixtape, Year of the Savage, will be highly anticipated.
2. SIN
Why is SIN at number two, you ask? Because we feel bad that as a Boston sports fan, he thought the Celtics had it in the bag against the Heat in the playoffs. It's true! Well, not really.
To say SIN is not on his grind would be like saying nobody yells "2 Chainz!!!" when they know his verse is up next. If you caught at least one hip-hop show this year in the tricounty area, then you have most likely seen SIN perform. And his songs rarely go unsung in cadence by fans in attendance.
Though it's been about nine months since his last release, Third Lifetime EP, SIN gave listeners the much-needed single "Hurting Process" to keep them anticipating another project, likely dropping within the month.
