Last night at the Democratic National Convention, First Lady Michelle Obama brought the house down. But, this is a music blog, so we're not going to get all political with y'all. We'll leave that to our friends over at the Pulp.
She made her way onto the stage to the sound of explosive applause and Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered". Following her heartfelt speech, the first lady exited the stage to Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied". We're gonna go ahead and say that's a first in political history.

5. Showing off her "Dougie"
In the midst of her "Let's Move" campaign, the first lady made a surprise appearance at Alice Deal Middle School to do a little bit more than share healthy knowledge. She was gonna teach 'em how to Dougie. How's that for some Chicago swag?
4. Dancing with students in Mumbai
Her husband loves to sing, and it seems that Lady Obama really loves to dance. While on a trip to Mumbai in 2010, Michelle kicked off her shoes, picked up a tambourine, and hit the floor Bollywood style.
