The January County Grind Live blowout at Green Room might have left you with a sonic hangover thanks mostly to performances by Afrobeta, Möthersky, This Heart Electric, Dino Felipe, and Astrea Corp. It's time to take another dip into the bowl of audio hunch punch as we get drunk with musical power at this next County Grind live.

We are reuniting with Green Room to present a solid rock 'n' roll showcase this June 16, presenting the ever adorable, always sweaty onstage, and very girl-friendly Jacuzzi Boys, Miami psych outfit Lil Daggers, and Hollywood's surfy punks The Gun Hoes. Radio-Active Records is also partnering with us in this endeavor, providing DJs and, likely, reduced price tickets at the store (more details on that soon).

After the jump, learn a little about and listen to these three bands you probably already "like" on Facebook. Make sure to RSVP here!

The Jacuzzi Boys are one of the only local acts to pop the seemingly impenetrable location bubble and float on out of South Florida to find a national audience. They have managed to garner more indie street cred than a band from Brooklyn without having sold out their hometown of Miami and actually moving to Brooklyn. Signed to Seattle-based label Hardly Art, they tour regularly and now internationally, they performed on the Evan "Funk" Davies Show on WFMU, been eyed by Pitchfork, and even ended up doing a Daytrotter session. Short of opening for Sonic Youth, there's not too much left on the musical to-do checklist for these three.

It's rare to find the boys performing in Broward -- they last opened for Sleigh Bells at Revolution and performed at Radio-Active Records' Record Store Day in 2011. For sure, this will be a nice excuse to avoid a cross-county drive to Churchill's or Grand Central.

Lil Daggers rock. They are actually big in Europe, not just Miami. They also don't play all that often locally, taking long hiatuses to live their personal lives. Hey, they're not just here on earth to please us. But when they do perform, pleasure centers are stimulated.

Just this past December, County Grind signaled out into the internet world, alerting earthlings that Lil Daggers' self-titled LP was some of the best music made around these parts in 2011. The band wet the Radio-Active Records' floor with singer Johnny Saraiva's sweat this past Record Store Day and the crowd was hypnotized. There's no way they'll give us anything but everything this CG showcase.

When The Gun Hoes recently released their track "Melt Machines," we fell a little in love. The Hollywood duo are going to bring their delightful garage rock goodness to the Green Room stage, and you're going to love the crap out of it.
