Babes, booze, and boobs is the latest trifecta of late night fun at the Manor's brand new night
Bittersweet Thursdays. Usually the multi-level dance club is jam-packed with shirtless men, but for one night of the week, the females completely take over. Walking in all I kept thinking was, "Great, a straight girl in a lesbian
world. I'm going to get eaten alive."
Aside from the Chippendale's-looking bartenders, the South Beach style venue
was packed with half-naked women, older lesbian couples, and a handful of tattooed guys who looked completely out of their element. It's safe to say they were just there to catch a glimpse of the pasty-clad burlesque chicks. Sorry guys, but chances are she's just not that into you.
The DJ spun everyone's favorite top 40 anthems from Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and Rihanna with the occasional '80s hit every now and then. But, I'll admit -- as cliche as it sounds -- I was disappointed that I didn't get to hear at least one version of "I Kissed a Girl". The ladies gyrated against one another, bubbles fell from the ceiling, and there were boobs everywhere. In sum, it was basically every guy's dream night out.

The Reckless Dames are really running the show in South Florida's
burlesque world. Whether it's fire-breathing, laying on a bed of nails,
or playing with fake blood, the girls have completely revamped the once
taboo art of burlesque. Each girl's performance is filled with eye-candy, playful crowd teasing and certainly grabs a hold of the audience's attention.

For me personally, Jezebelle Red's performance to Katy Perry's "Alien" was the highlight of the night. She literally lit up the stage.

Although the burlesque show is always entertaining, the real magical part of the night was watching the seemingly timid girls approach the stripper pole. At first they would joke with their friends and exchange giggles, but before you knew it these women were working that pole like an old pro.
