UPDATE: An update recently posted on Jimmy's Margaritaville website states that "Jimmy has been released from the hospital and is doing well".
Jimmy Buffett fell off the stage at the end of his Sydney, Australia concert last night and was rushed to the St. Vincent's hospital with a head injury.
Fans at the sell-out concert at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia watched as Buffett fell off the stage and into the first rows of the audience. In a video of the accident, you can see people running from offstage to help him and fans gasping.
Buffett was finishing the Australia part of his tour, having sold out three nights at The Sydney Opera House prior to this show at the Horndern Pavillion.
According to Jimmy's Margaritaville website, Jimmy was taken to the hospital after the fall and is expected to be released tomorrow.
