We are skipping are usual weekend On the List party planner, because everything this weekend is sort of, eh, not so interesting. Maybe everyone is resting up for the Halloween blowout next week. But if you do have to crawl out of bed for something this weekend, let it be for Berlin duo M.A.N.D.Y., whom we interviewed this year before their appearance at Winter Music Conference. However, instead of playing at a cavernous venue like Studio A (R.I.P.), the duo is hitting the decks at the intimate lounge Circa 28 tomorrow night.

There isn't anything new to mention about the duo since their last Miami appearance, but it definitely a rare treat to see them outside of the chaos of WMC. Also on the bill is Chloe, who we've been told is quickly rising up the figurative DJ ladder in Europe. Tickets to the event are $20.
