Kanye vs. 50 Cent--The Real Story

• The world seem to be crashing down for 50 Cent. Homie has been sitting on top of the world for a while. But now he's getting sued. His album isn't selling the way he thought. People in his own camp are leaking videos early and we are reporting over on <a href="http://highbridnation.highbrid.com/?p=3731" rel="nofollow">Highbrid Nation</a> that 50 may be about to hang it up for good. Isn't it ironic that the iTunes bonus song for Curtis that was produced by Kanye West is the song where he says goodbye to the industry?

• I agree! It is capitalism at is best and I don't disagree with their method. However, I disagree with the messages at in the lyrics. Most lyrics encourage a "thug" lifestyle that goes against the "system" by committing illegal acts. The basic theme is to "GET RICH" by any means necessary. The difference is that when one is rich one can get away with much more then when one is poor and disadvantaged like so many fans of these two artists. The influence is very high and the "thug" lifestyle is a good gimmick for the artists but leaves the fans powerless and usually on the wrong side of the law. Not a good place to be when one is young and impressionable.
