Hashtag #EmperorsBar tomorrow night at Stache 1920's Drinking Den, then proceed to get cocktail'ed.
It's the end of July, summer has not yet peaked, but all Cancer birthdays have ended for the year. What does this mean? Nothing, however Stache 1920's Drinking Den wants to give you a free cocktail made with Mandarine Napoléon during The Emperor's Social Bar event on July 31.

The drinks are free, but on one condition: taking a picture of the bar and sending it to @FollowNapoleon and @StacheFTL on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #EmperorsBar and show it to a member of the Mandarine Napoléon Army, who will be onsite during the event.

Update: Between the hours of 7 and 10 p.m., each "new and unique" Instagram post or Tweet, will get you a branded token towards a Mandarine Napoléon cocktail.Tweets and Instagrams of the happenings inside Stache during the event can be exchanged for one libation made with Mandarine Napoléon.

Don't worry about what kind of cocktail that will be handed to you, they're all probably über-delicious. Your true purpose in these three hours is to create a frenzy of social media content, fueled by a little alcohol. Of course, each post must be different from the next guy's, but this shouldn't be too hard considering what will be going on around you.

Also taking into consideration is the venue. The Stache bar is the place to get a stiff drink with a true speakeasy vibe. Inside, the Fort Lauderdale bar is designed around the theme of a 1920s Prohibition-era metropolitan watering hole.

The Stache is relatively new to the cocktail scene, as is Broward County as a whole. But it looks like the bar may be onto something by joining the Mandarine Napoléon Army, at least for one night.

"There are some talented people creating great drinks up here," said John Lermayer, a South Florida-based mixologist with some serious cocktail cred, in a New Times published last November. "But Broward has kind of been left behind; there haven't been many bartenders up here to educate people about drinks."

So there you have it, folks. Invite your friends and your friend's friends. Let them Tweet and Instagram until the Mandarine Napoléon Army runs out of tokens.

Mandarine Napoléon, a Belgian-made orange-flavored Cognac, is a blend of mandarins and 10-year-old aged cognac. The liqueur can be found at Crown Wine and Spirits for about $30 per bottle. The Grand Reserve XO retails for about $350. The official website includes a locator to see where Mandarine Napoléon can be found in the area.
