You're stomach is churning (it feels as though it's doing back-flips), sweat is pouring off of your brow, you can't sleep, your head hurts: this isn't a hangover, fine friends, it's the meat sweats.

If you're one of those gluttonous diners who tends to overindulge -- hey, we most certainly have -- you'll know exactly what we're talking about. And it's most likely to occur at an all-you-can-eat meat-centric restaurant.

If you've ever been to Chima Brazilian Steakhouse chances are it's happened to you, or you've at least been tempted. With beautiful rodizio coming at you from every which direction, it's hard to exert self-control -- and you'll most certainly wish you did in the aftermath.

The worshiped Fort Lauderdale eatery is now offering lighter options for those looking to avoid a case of the meat sweats.

Offering well over dozen rotisserie selections -- such as top sirloin, filet, ribs, lamb, pork, chicken, sausage, and fish -- for $52.50, at Chima, it's kind of hard not to stuff your face until your stomach explodes.

However, every now and then you come across a more sensible friend, one who prefers to eat on the lighter side -- we all have at least one of them.

To please the health-conscious and those who don't eat red meat, the Las Olas restaurant has introduced a new selection of authentic Brazilian skewers, including a vegetable medley and traditional South Brazilian galeto, cornish hens marinaded in a blend red onions, green onions, cilantro, white wine, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

"For the last 10 years, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse has provided an indulgent selection of 16 grilled meats to our guests," says Eric Leseur, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse general manager. "We are excited to expand our menu with our new skewer dishes in order to give our loyal guests more variety, and share with them more flavors of Brazil."

Both the galeto and the vegetable skewers are included in the salad bar options for the set price of $32.50; it includes side dishes, grilled swordfish and salmon, as well as salad bar. While it may sound like your typical sneeze-guard selections, the salad bar here is actually impressive. It offers a wide array of Brazilian and American dishes, like Waldorf salad, seafood salad, endives with gorgonzola, imported prosciutto, cheeses, smoked salmon, beef carpaccio, soup, traditional Brazilian hot dishes, and a new quinoa salad.

For a new sweet finish, the restaurant has also reconstructed it's version of the classic Brazilian flan, pudim, which is served with plum sauce. A coconut lava cake ($9) has also been introduced to the menu. Just in case you were missing out on some calories.

I began this 8-months ago and immediately was bringing home at least $77 per hour. I work through this link, go to tech tab for work detail
