Chef Ming Tsai, who competed on Food Network's The Next Iron Chef, was spotted at Farmer's Table this past Tuesday.
The chef, who hosts the cooking show Ming's Quest on the Fine Living Network and Simply Ming on American Public Television, dropped in to the delight of the restaurant's executive chef, Wilson Wieggel, and co-owner Joey Giannuzzi.
Tsai enjoyed a host of goodies at the Boca Raton restaurant, including Korean chicken wings, edamame shrimp dumplings, roasted mushroom and goat cheese flat bread, and pan-seared sea scallops.
Tsai, who started cooking at his parents' restaurant, owns Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon restaurants, both in Massachusetts, and is the author of five cookbooks.
