They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but we think brunch is better. Especially Easter brunch at Fork & Knife, which is serving Easter Sunday both indoors and outdoors (or its expansive bar patio) where you can dine on specialties including Captain Crunch French Toast, Brisket Hash and the F&K Signature Burger. F&K also offers $12 bottomless mimosas (in three flavors!) and $15 bottomless bloody marys. Cap'n Crunch French Toast, priced at $10, boasts extra-thick-cut challah bread battered in Cap'n Crunch cereal and served with maple syrup and fresh whipped cream. Also priced at $10 is the Brisket Hash; crispy brisket and potato hash topped with three fried eggs. The Signature F&K Burger has been updated with sharp cheddar cheese, a fried egg, crispy onion straws, bacon jam and F&K burger sauce, all served on a toasted challah bun and includes hand-cut fries for $14.

Palm Beach Gardens and Delray Beach Vick & Angelo's will be serving up its annual Easter Sunday buffet brunch along with regular a la carte menus both day and evening. Both restaurants offer a wide range of culinary options from an expansive menu, including fresh, house-made pastas, V&A original thin-crust pizzas, as well as a lineup of superb veal, chicken, and seafood dishes. Chef Alain Zimmer, at the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, and chef Erick Miranda, at the Delray Beach restaurant, will be creating a myriad of special dishes for the holiday. At both restaurants, diners can opt to dine on Easter buffets from 10 to 3 p.m. The buffets will feature a hot carving station with prime rib and bone-in honey-glazed ham; a raw bar with peel-and-eat shrimp and snow crab; an omelet station; assorted fruit and cheese platters and salads; scrambled eggs; French toast; eggs benedict; Italian hash browns; mussels Fra Diavolo; chicken piccata; rigatoni bolognese; and an array of delectable, house-made Italian pastries. All adult diners, who opt for this Easter buffet, will also receive a complimentary glass of rose' champagne. The buffet costs $39.95 per adult, and $19.95 for children from ages 6-10 ( tax and gratuity are additional). For each adult, who orders the Easter buffet, up to two children (ages five and under) can eat for free. At both restaurants, the regular a la carte menus will be available for brunch, and from 3 to 10 p.m.
