Dada Restaurant & Lounge, Delray Beach

On the list of most romantic restaurants in Broward and Palm Beach, this amor-inducing spot is offering a $50 three-course menu with six apps, like sweet potato soup with candied walnuts and crab, and tomato bloody mary martini; seven entrées, including braised beef short ribs and candied ginger herb butter sous vide grouper; and four desserts, such as Grand Marnier-macerated strawberries, sticky brownie, and fresh cream. At 10 p.m., Sweet Bronco & Friends will perform live.

Bistro Ten Zero One, West Palm Beach

Set in the West Palm Marriott, this bistro is offering a $65 four-course prix fixe menu with items such as diver scallops with celery and fennel salad, tangerine vinaigrette and coriander dust, and braised short ribs with potato galette, garden greens, and a Cabernet reduction. It's available from 5 to 10 p.m. For those who can't wait until V-Day, the restaurant is hosting one of its monthly wine dinners on Wednesday, February 12.

Pistache French Bistro, West Palm Beach

With one of the most extensive prix fixe menus available, this West Palm French bistro is offering three courses for $69 per person. Guests get to choose from 11 appetizers, like seared foie gras and Burgundy escargots; ten entrées, such as Florida "bouillabaisse," Hudson Valley duck, and steak frites; and 11 desserts, including a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake with hazelnut meringue crust and profiteroles.
