5. Kids Kitchen (B)
Evening drinking is not a kid-friendly activity. Luckily, this year the little ones can get in on the festival action during the day at Saturday's Kids Kitchen with acclaimed pastry chef Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar and Bakery in New York. From 10:30 a.m. to noon, Tosi will be conducting the hands-on class with just 25 kids at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Tosi is teaching them to make her famous classic cake truffles in three flavors: birthday, chocolate-chip passion fruit, and chocolate malt. The cost to attend is $45 per person.
The Four Seasons Palm Beach is located at 2800 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach. Call 561-540-3238, or visit fourseasons.com/palmbeach.
