5. Organic Fitness Seminar
With Thanksgiving around the corner, your calorie consumption is about to go through the roof. On Sunday at noon Keith Lopez M.S., B.S. is teaching the first part of his seminar on Nutrition Secrets from the Ancients & The Science of Wellness at Marando Farms. For $20 at the door, or $40 for all three classes in advance, attendees will get information about organic fitness biography, derivatives of addiction and control, essential nutrients, and calories and metabolism. It's definitely not awesome yet. At least the last two Saturdays. The upstairs is set up. The downstairs/main bar is nice and open but "speakeasy?" No. And the DJ was horrible. Definitely not speakeasy music or vibe. Still better than most of the other spots on that part of downtown. I really was hoping for a good speakeasy to stand out against the crappy house music on the rest of the block but the last two Saturdays definitely not speakeasy worthy.


Stach Bar is awesome. We highly suggest checking it out.
