Bartender Cocktail: Kelsey Simon of Tin Fish Clematis' Drunken Pumpkin Pie

All right; it's that time of year. It's the time in which we consume more pumpkin everything than we can possibly imagine.

Whether it's in pie, bread, muffin, M&M, beer, or even Oreo form, we have plenty of options for getting our fall gourd on.

Speaking of which, bartender Kelsey Simon of Tin Fish Clematis had concocted a drunken pumpkin cocktail that will beat the heck out of any dish. Fortunately, she gave us the recipe.

Simon uses Pinnacle pumpkin pie vodka for this drink, but it can be made out of any pumpkin flavored liqueur for slightly different results.

Drunken' Pumpkin Pie

One and a half ounces Pinnacle pumpkin pie vodka
Cream soda
Whipped cream
One cinnamon stick
One candy pumpkin
One cinnamon stick

Step one: Rim a tall glass with cinnamon by dipping the edges into something wet (like citrus juice).

Step Two: Pour the vodka and cream soda into the glass and stir.

Step Three: Top the mixture with whipped cream and garnish with the cinnamon stick and orange peel.
