Brace yourselves for this Saturday's Art Fallout, when Fort Lauderdale's art scene goes on acid to celebrate National Arts and Humanities Month.

Art Fallout, a one-evening occurrence in which nearly every contemporary arts venue hosts an outpouring of interactive exhibitions and beyond, is arguably the city's art event not to miss. This collide of creative madness spans a four-mile stretch, where buses will shuttle artgoers from FAT Village, to Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, Third Avenue Arts District to Sailboat Bend Artist Lofts.

Now all this cultural overload isn't easy to digest and might leave attendees hungry for sustenance. Thankfully, food trucks and various chow options are on the scene to serve mobile meals.

To make your dining plans a snap so you can focus on the art gazing to be had, Clean Plate Charlie has got you covered with a complete list of food trucks and food vendors after the jump. Also, a link to the event map is provided at the end of this post.
