Spring is supposed to be about a fresh start and new beginnings; fall is supposed to be the beginning of the end.

Fortunately, dear South Florida, our seasons are completely in reverse. When the rest of the country is preparing to see its fall and winter slumps, we're preparing for the golden age of the tourist. Restaurants in south Florida have it tough. It's pretty much the seasonal effects of patrons i believe that really puts the mediocre ones to the test.
