Bottoms up: it's the Weekend!
Congratulations: you made it through yet another rainy-as-hell workweek. While it looks as though the weekend might get some sunshine (and then possibly some more rain) do not fret fine friends, there are plenty of food and drinks in store.

Whether you're looking to get in on some free pig roast and beer, some Bollywood style action, or just plain old drinking, there's something to occupy your time in Broward and Palm Beach Counties this weekend.

Bimini Boatyard Anniversary Bash
Summer may be over, but in South Florida beach season is always here. To celebrate its 24th anniversay, Bimini Boatyard is hosting a "Party In Paradise" on Friday night. Starting at 5 p.m. the party gets going with the ceremonial "Blowing of the Conch Shell" and $3 Blue Hawaiians. At 6 p.m., guests get to enjoy a free pig roast and Kona Beer while supplies last. Free stuff aside, to keep the festitvities going the restaurant will be hosting island-themed games, such as Kona Cup Beer Pong, Beach Bocce Ball, Tiki Cornhole, Island Limbo Contest, and an ice luge. At 8 p.m. Jimmy Stowe & The Stowaways will be performing live.
