South Florida is full of food and drink related activities, whether it be wine tastings, beer events, burger festival, hot dog celebrations, gardening, or anything else you can imagine. This weekend, however, we have some very different and possibly scary eating and drinking events -- we'll let you figure out which ones to be afraid of. From Real Housewives to Zombies to dog parties to special brews and more, we have something interesting to do the end of this workweek.

5. Wine Country Safari
You've heard of Lion Country Safari, which is all about spotting miserably hot animals, but this is Wine Country Safari -- an event that involves consuming copious amounts of drinks. You see the correlation. On Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., the Boca Raton Museum of Art is hosting a benefit for Twin Palms Center for the Disabled with wine, hors d'oeuvres, raffles and silent auction. Catering is by Mississippi Sweets BBQ. Tickets are $25 per person or $45 per couple.
Boca Raton Museum of Art is located at 501 Plaza Real in Boca Raton. Call 561-392-2500, or visit bocamuseum.org. For event info, call 561-391-4874, or email info@twinpalmscenter.org.
