Starting at 5 p.m., guests can choose two meats, such as ½ rack of baby back pork ribs, slow roasted brisket or a quarter of a chicken -- either white or dark meat -- two sides, and a dessert.

As part of its 'Tour du Monde' series of events, Pistache French Bistro is hosting an evening of Spanish-style celebration on Saturday. The event will feature Spanish food and drinks, Flamenco dancers, and guitar players. Dinner is available beginning at 5:30 p.m. with entertainment starting at 8 p.m. A stamp in your 'Tour du Monde' passport gets you free drinks at the next event and a chance to win a trip to France.
