When it comes to business, there's no need to rattle a good thing. Unless, of course, you're so busy that it's hard to accommodate all of the customers willing to shell out some cash for your goods and services.

That's the problem Sushi Rock Las Olas had been facing for years. The spot has been so busy, it once had to put actor Alec Baldwin on a 45-minute wait -- he left in the end.

To keep up with demand, Sushi Rock opened a second location, in Wilton Manors.

After years of planning and construction, the new location opened its doors on July 15. The new gayborhood locale was built to deal with overflow from the bustling Las Olas site.

I doubt we will go back because the food was just OK but nothing special. Considering this is the 5th sushi place in Wilton Manors, they needed to bring their A game, and it is totally B league. If you are looking for sushi, I woukd suggest trying Tee Jay next to the Alibi. Tee Jay's space is more attractive, the food is better, the prices lower and you won't have to yell to your table mates. Gaysha is also very good on Wilton Drive. The big question is why can't we get any Resturant's other than sushi on Wilton drive?
