First Look: The Restaurant People's S3
In Fort Lauderdale, restaurants open nearly once a week. Usually, it takes a little while for the public to notice. That's not the case with those opened by the Restaurant People.

While we've been covering the place since construction, we decided to take a first look at operations since it has been up and running.
Designed by Executive Chef Chris Miracolo and the Restaurant People's Peter Boulukos, the global eclectic fare includes a wide range of flavors and influences. Dishes like the crisp rice cake ($10) with spicy tuna and scallion, the wood fired Japanese eggplant ($7) with miso sake glaze and sesame, and the Vietnamese chicken wings ($10) with green papaya slaw, and the wide selection of sushi ($6 to $13) illustrate the menu's Asian influences.
