Sirocco Blows Into Seminole Paradise at the Hard Rock
|Sirocco brings Mediterranean fusion to Seminole Paradise.|
The restaurant, named after the wind that originates in the Sahara desert and travels across the Mediterranean to southern Europe, will feature contemporary takes on Mediterranean cuisine and -- because the restaurant is located at Seminole Paradise -- a host of colorful diversions like exotic belly dancers, cirque-style entertainers, hookahs, and live music.
Chef Federico Elkarout was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and spent time in Rome before moving to the United States and the menu reflects his travels.
Beef kibbeh ($8), hummus ($6), spinach pie ($6), and grilled calamari ($14) are all featured "mezze" selections.

High rollers who can't leave their casino winning streak in time for an early dinner will be happy to hear that Sirocco is open from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Thursday - Saturday. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday - Wednesday.
