In addition to the lounge the spot updated its menu to include small plates and bar snacks. Dishes like the $14 Oshi Tuna Roll, the $14 Mahi Mahi lettuce wraps, and the $15 white tuna tartare were added to encourage sharing at the bar. The seafood-based menu also includes a Sea-Cuterie board (Choice of three for $16, six for $29) with options ranging from salmon pastrami to smoked mahi fish dip to octopus torchon.

Mixologist and Assistant Manager Nick Scalisi put together the cocktail list, which features a wide array of fresh herbs, muddled fruits, and infusions. Drinks like the Thyme After Thyme ($14) with Ketel One vodka, lemon juice, and fresh thyme infusion and Watermelon S.O.B. ($14) with Patron Silver, muddled watermelon, cilantro, and soda pull from a wide array of flavors and garnishes.

On Saturday nights the spot is now hosting Saturday Nights in the Lounge. Starting at 9:00pm, the bar features a wide variety of live music--ranging from gypsy flamenco guitarists to Latin house DJs--and frequent liquor tastings. The vibe is a stark departure from the expected stuffy Palm Beach crowds--although, it wouldn't be Palm Beach without a couple Cougars and Blue Blazers.
