I have a new found love for Bacon. I cook it on my griddle and it's crispy and soooo wonderful. Bacon goes with just about anything. On a recent trip to Vegas I discovered chocolate covered bacon. When I got home, I experimented with some of my favorite foods and came up with Bacon Caramel Apple. So simple, yet soooo good. Cut up a granny smith green apples (cored), fry up some bacon and then crumble, coat the apples with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar, then drizzle with melted caramel and top with bacon. SO GOOD!!! "On top of spaghetti...all covered with cheese.....I love me some BACON......get your own plate please....... :)

I didn't get tickets, but turns out I will be in town, so why not? Bacon is a staple in my house, for everything. I keep it in multiple forms between my freezer and fridge for emergency use. My favorite way to use bacon is as a wrap. It holds things together, it protects things from heat. Recently it was the outer crust of some seasoned baking potatoes that I smoked - I will never bake a potato again, bacon-wrapped and smoked all the way!

And I think we can all agree...Turkey bacon is NOT bacon.

I love BACON on anything. I even got an Empire kosher chicken and wrapped it in BACON. I love crispy BACON with eggs and a burger. I don't care what it is, BACON makes it better.
