Palm Beach episode will air. In it, Emeril visits

Buccan,
Guanabanas, the Quantum House, and
Swank Farms. Together Emeril and chef-owner Clay Conley of Buccan head to Swank Farms to pick out produce to be prepared at the restaurant. At 32 East, Emeril chats with executive chef Nick Morfogen about sustainable Florida cuisine. Afterwards Emeril heads to Guanabanas to check out the open-air Caribbean-by-way-of-Florida spot to try some food with Jon Sullivan. The episode ends with Emeril teaming up with staff from the Breakers to prepare a meal for the guests of the Quantum House -- an organization that helps children with serious medical conditions and their families.
