Best of Boca & Beyond
Thirty-one restaurants and vendors will seek to satiate your appetite at the 13th annual Best of Boca & Beyond from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Shops at Boca Center. The cost to get in is $50 per person and includes tastings by restaurants like Tanzy, Fusionare Japanese Signature, Tucci's Pizza, and The Office, among others. The event benefits the Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation. Wine and spirits will be available and an after-party will follow at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar.
Food truck invasion in Wellington: The new weekly Wellington food truck roundup courtesy of Food Truck Invasion is every Thursday night, from 5:30 to 10 p.m., with a collection of food trucks from throughout Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The event is at the Wellington Amphitheater, 12150 Forest Hill Blvd.
RA Sushi's 15-Year, '90s-themed anniversary party: All South Florida RA Sushi locations will celebrate the chain's 15-year anniversary all day Thursday by offering customers 15 percent off their tabs and donating 15 percent of profits for the day to Feeding South Florida. From 7 p.m. to close, the restaurants will host a '90s themed party with drink specials and sushi, like the "Fresh Prince Roll" ($7), "Kramer Roll" ($8), "Show Me the Money Roll" ($9), and the "RA"dical Roll ($10), plus other '90s-named specials. The chain has locations in Pembroke Pines and Palm Beach Gardens.
