Speaking of good things, how about indulging in a brunch filled with locally sourced ingredients and humanely-raised proteins?
This Sunday, August 26, Max's Harvest is hosting a sustainable brunch. From 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., enjoy a host of items featuring farm-fresh produce, local seafood, and heritage hen eggs.
Because ingredients are sourced daily, menu items are subject to change, but expect to dine on items like pork belly eggs Benedict ($16), pan-fried banana bread french toast with macerated strawberries ($15), deviled heritage hen farm eggs ($5), house-made fresh-fried doughnuts ($11), golden gaspacho with Florida rock shrimp-crema ($10), and spear-caught grouper tacos ($15).
Visit the all-you-can-drink interactive Bloody Mary bar, featuring locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted small-batch vodka and toast Sunday with unlimited Champagne cocktails made with fresh fruit infusions for only $15 per person.
Like the idea of eating clean, locally sourced food and drinking bloody's made with handcrafted small-batch vodka weekly? Circle October on your calendar, because that's when Max's Harvest will start serving this sustainable brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
