Steak 954 Will Re-engage the Wine Wars Thursday Night

The five-course meal is a grudge match pitting long-time rivals Bordeaux and Meritage against one another to see which region does it best. Diners will choose the winners for each course. The meal includes hors d'oeuvres like yellowfin tuna tartar and charred prime strip, while the main menu features dishes like broiled tuna au poivre, Colorado lamb porterhouse, and a roasted pineapple tart for dessert. Nine wines will be served through the course of the night.
