Spanish Summer Winetasting
The Blind Monk in West Palm Beach is hosting a summer winetasting with star varieties from Spain, like sangria, sparkling, and reds. The booze will be paired with regionally appropriate bites. The tasting is 7 p.m. and seating is limited. Call 561-833-3605 to book a spot. The price is $30 per person plus tax and tip.
Tuesday
Duffy's MVP Bus to the Marlins Game
The safe way to indulge in overpriced stadium booze: Duffy's has launched an MVP bus program that shuttles fans from two Duffy's locations in Broward/Palm Beach down to Miami for select Marlins' games. Read more about the event here.
National Tequila Day
You may pay for it on Wednesday morning, but Tuesday, July 24, is National Tequila Day. Celebrate accordingly at local Mexican restaurants like Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar in Fort Lauderdale, which will feature tequila-based specials throughout the evening.
Thursday
Bar Louie Opening in West Palm Beach
The restaurant opens on Thursday at 200 Clematis St. in West Palm Beach. This will be the "soft opening": The grand opening will be celebrated Monday, July 30, through Sunday, August 5.
Deliver the Dream Fundraiser at the Village at Gulfstream Park
Young professionals group Generation Dream will host a food and drink event starting at 6 p.m. at the Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach. Start out at Playwright Irish Pub for free apps and a free drink and happy-hour pricing until 8 p.m. Then, move on to Blu Sushi for an app and cocktail, plus dinner specials and gift raffles. Palm Beach Craft Beer Festival
