Brunch, That Meal for the Hungover, Now a Continuation of Last Night's Party

YOLO Restaurant and O Lounge is one local spot following this trend with new additions to its Sunday routine, named BOLO, for Brunch on Las Olas. Instead
of streaming satellite radio, the sophisticated eatery will extend its focus on food to the music with a DJ spinning lounge and funk tracks.
One of those menu items includes fun with corn flakes. French toast comes with a twist as the flakes are crushed and dusted on the crust. The stack is drizzled with maple syrup and served with a side of home fries ($12). An interesting option for the hungry is the brunch burrito ($14), which would complement well those savory marys. It's a face full, stuffed with chorizo sausage and gulf shrimp and rolled up with jack cheese and ranchero sauce.
With plenty of booze flowing, who knows if there will be any tabletop dancing? It is South Florida, after all, and if there is one thing Floridians do well, it's revel.
Brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays, and the DJ will keep the party going for another hour.
