At 7 p.m. Monday, we'll have chef/owner of Casa D'Angelo restaurants, Angelo Elia, in one corner and Chef Jean Pierre of Jean Pierre's Cooking School in the other, ready to duke it out, culinary style.

The chefs will also pair each course with corresponding French and Italian wines during their annual food fight, while they walk their eaters through what's hitting their taste buds.
After being full and drunk, each guest will get a chance to vote for his or her favorite chef, crowning only one as the ultimate champion.
