64. The Good Ole at Charm City Burgers
There's no shortage of decadent burgers in South Florida, though the Good Ole classic from Charm City Burgers is among our favorites, made from fresh-ground K&G Brothers beef layered with American cheese, red onion, ripe tomato, and crisp lettuce on a sesame bun. A low-priced burger at $5.25 doesn't mean it's an in-and-out kind of place: Patrons here can swill microbrews at the bar while waiting -- and beyond. How's that for fast casual?
Charm City Burgers is the flagship restaurant from Mike Saperstein and Evan David, also the team behind El Jefe Luchador. Closed for a month of the offseason, Charm City Burgers was renovated and reopened in early December.
Charm City's new look includes hardwood floors, a stainless-steel bar, and furniture they inherited from the Rebel House space, their third restaurant, scheduled to open any day now.
