56. Jerk Chicken Nacho Quesadilla at Nacho Bizness
A flour tortilla is stuffed with homemade jerk chicken, spicy and flavorful (but not too hot to handle) and jack cheese, then pressed. The quesadilla is then topped with a house-made spicy sweet chili, sour cream, and salsa. Add a chronic ginger lemonade ($3) to the quesadilla ($7) and you've got a great lunch for ten bucks.
