Chef Douglas Rodriguez Hosts Pop-Up at Sea

Rodriguez is pairing up with Sea chef/owner Tony Sindaco for a pop-up dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Sindaco and Rodriguez are sharing duties, preparing three courses each for the intimate six-course dinner.
Typical for pop-up dinners, the menu is still in the works, but we do know that Rodriguez will be serving a ceviche dish and Sindaco will offer seafood specialties like tuna tartare and seared scallops.
The dinner is $95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). The dinner is reserved for just
