Sunday's grand tasting features over 100 wines and 30 restaurants.
Boca Bachannal, the three-day celebration of wine and food, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a pretty impressive lineup of events. Tastings, dinners, and seminars start on Friday, March 23rd and culminate with a grand tasting on Sunday, March 25th.  Proceeds from the events benefit the Boca Raton Historical Society.

The Friday evening vintner dinners allow diners to enjoy a wine and food pairing at some of the most beautiful private homes in Boca Raton.  Guests can choose from six different dinners, with Italian, country, and Greek themes.  Tickets are $300 per person.

The Saturday evening Bacchus Bash pays homage to the Roman god of wine.  The event, at the Boca Raton Resort, features a wine reception followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by the resort's executive chef, Andrew Roenbeck.  A silent auction and live music by the Will Bridges Band rounds out the night.  Tickets are $250 per person, and include valet parking.

The Sunday Boca Bacchanal grand tasting, at the Mizner Park Amphitheatre from noon - 3 p.m., is the most wallet-friendly event of the weekend.  For $85 in advance ($100 at the gate), taste 140 featured wines and food from 30 local restaurants including Philippe Chow, Trulucks, Max's Grille, Oceans 234, City Oyster, and Brooks Restaurant.
