Sea Restaurant: Sindaco/Militello Pop-Up at Sea

Chefs Tony Sindaco and Mark Militello are combining talents for a special dinner at Sea.

​Chef Tony Sindaco is one guy who knows Valentine's Day is for amateurs. That's why he's waiting until the day after Cupid leaves town to make some lucky diners one hell of a meal.

Tony Sindaco is hosting Mark Militello for a special pop-up dining experience on Wednesday, February 15, at 7 p.m. at Sindaco's Sea Restaurant in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

The pop-up will consist of a six-course dinner paired with Justin wines. The chefs will share the duties, each preparing three courses for the dinner.
According to chef Sindaco, the menu isn't finalized yet, with each chef still working on finding the freshest and the best ingredients. He did, however, divulge some teasers. 

Diners can expect wild striped bass, blue crabs, goat cheese crostini, and oxtails with fresh seafood.

Dinner is priced at $95 per person, plus tax and gratuities, at this intimate, 22-seat pop-up event.  If you want to go, act quickly, because Sindaco says there are only a few spots left.
