Red the Steakhouse is coming to Boca Raton.

​In South Beach, the area south of Fifth Street (SoFi if you like acronyms) is the place to get a serious steak. In that patch of land, you'll find Prime One Twelve, Smith and Wollensky, and Red the Steakhouse. 

Red the Steakhouse differentiates itself from the others by providing high-caliber service and food without pretentiousness or stuffiness. It's the rare (pun intended) steak house that makes high rollers, captains of industry, date-night couples, and your aunt from Omaha equally comfortable.

In March, Red will open its second South Florida location, on Military Trail in Boca Raton. The décor will feature the restaurant's signature color (guess which one it is), with mahogany wood furnishings, much like the other two locations in South Beach and the flagship restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. A private VIP dining room, seating up to 12 people, will be available for meetings and dinners.


Red exclusively serves only certified Angus beef prime, the highest USDA beef grade. Executive chef Peter Vauthy takes immense pride in producing the best product, frequently calling for training meetings for both his front- and back-of-house personnel to learn about product sources, even charting an entire spreadsheet of what seafood is in season at what times of the year.

Red's menu features an extensive seafood menu in addition to its signature steaks. Handmade specialty cocktails, craft beers, and a wine list that includes more than 500 wines round out the dining experience. 

Red the Steakhouse will open for dinner until 11 p.m. weekdays, midnight on weekends, starting sometime in March.
