Greek dancers of all ages will perform at the 30th-annual Greek Festival.
The 30th-annual Greek Festival at St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church in Boca Raton starts Thursday, January 19, bringing the flavors and music of the islands to South Florida for four days.
The festival features authentic Greek food prepared by St. Mark volunteers. We're looking forward to homemade souvlaki, spanakopita (spinach pie), tiropita (cheese pie), moussaka (eggplant), pastitso (Greek lasagna), and baklava. Food can be purchased separately and is not included in the admission price.

Music and traditional Greek dancing by different age groups -- from kids to adults -- will be featured, and church tours will be offered.

The festival runs January 19 to 22. Hours are Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday noon to 7 p.m.  Admission is $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are admitted free. The festival's website has a printable coupon good for $1 off admission (one coupon per admission).
