World of Beer in Wellington Hosts Grand Opening Block Party on Saturday

No need to let your glass get this dangerously close to empty.

​The newest World of Beer to hit South Florida quietly opened in mid-November in Wellington.

This Saturday, the new bar will celebrate with a grand-opening block party with official hoopla including a ribbon-cutting, live bands, food from local eateries like Dean Anthony's and DeVine Bistro, and of course, beer. Lots and lots of beer. One might even say a veritable world of beer.
WOB Wellington general manager Ashlee Harwell said the bar will offer events similar to those seen at other South Florida WOB locations as well as localized offerings like a "saddle industry" night.

World of Beer -- located at 2465 State Road 7 - has 50 taps and more than 500 varieties by the bottle. The action starts around 5 p.m.
