The Plantation and Boca Raton branches of Publix Apron's Cooking Schools offer "Couples Cooking: Entertaining" on the December class schedule with menus that include stuffed mushroom caps and braised beef brisket crostini.
Or you can try the Couples Only Dinner Party on Saturday, December 17, at Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School. The cost is $75 per person, and you'll need to reserve two seats. The menu features roasted tenderloin of beef and mascarpone tiramisu, among other goodies.
