Despite the lull of a holiday week, restaurant help wanteds remain brisk; we're into the season, after all. One place even suggests a Thanksgiving stop-by for an interview. Here are the week's listings.

Racks and Table 42 Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar is hiring line cooks who can work weekends, who have culled experience on the line, and thrive in a high pressure environment. Apply in person from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and wear interview duds.

Michael's Genuine seeks line cooks, porters, and servers with two to three years' experience. Apply Tuesday through Fridays in person from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If you're an early riser, this job may be for you.
SpoonFed needs breakfast servers, bussers, and hosts. The newish restaurant on the main drag in Delray suggests you stop by on Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m, Thursday, or Friday from 2 to 3 p.m.

Andrew Carmellini's swanky new place in Miami, The Dutch, needs line cooks. See here for the details or visit Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Homesick for Chicago? A Fort Lauderdale bar wants to hire you as a line cook or bartender if you're from the area. Hott Legz, perhaps?

Junior needs a butcher at his Caribbean market in Miramar. If you can lift 50 pounds, scale fish, and will work for $70 a day, this gig may be for you.
