Yahoo Screen Launches Chow Ciao With Top Chef Fabio Viviani and Blue Ribbon Hunter (Video)

Fabio Viviani is hosting a new internet cooking series on Yahoo.

Yahoo Screen has just launched two new food shows -- and one looks like it's an instant hit.

Chow Ciao features Top Chef Fabio Viviani butchering both meat and the English language as he shows us how to make Italian-inspired dishes. In this first episode, he tells us that fritatas are like children -- you need patience and a wooden spoon! How can you not love that?

Blue Ribbon Hunter, starring Allison Fishman, takes us into the world of American food festivals. We're hoping that the shows get better, but the premiere episode has Fishman marveling over how Buffalo wings originated in Buffalo. Here are the first episodes from each:

I think Fabio is a breath of fresh air. He is funny yet he makes these dishes seem so simple. One thing I wish he would give the measurements.
