Restaurant Openings and Closings for October

Every month, we round up the openings, closings, and up nexts for restaurants around our area. 

October ushered in the opening of some highly anticipated restaurants such as Glen Manfra's SpoonFed, though a slew are wrapping up final details for November debuts. The two most anticipated: the newest beer bar, Tap 42, as well as Kapow! Noodle Bar, the area's first chef-driven noodle house -- that's already earned a handful of skeptics in the comments on this blog.
