Food Trucks in Boca Raton this Weekend for Meet Me on the Promenade

Meet the Gourmet Truck Expo in Boca.

​If you live in or spend any time in Boca Raton, you know the pain in the ass, driving hell that was the Pedestrian Promenade construction project that recently wrapped up in downtown. Looks like the city plans to make up for the parking and "Bridge Closed" headaches with "Meet Me on the Promenade", a free two-day festival with restaurant specials, food truck rallies, and various other activities. The action is 6 to 10 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and is centered around Sanborn Square on Federal Highway between E. Palmetto Park Boulevard and N.E. 2^nd Street.

Granted, this much activity downtown will certainly do its part to create gridlock once more, but at least the eats will be good. Gourmet Truck Expo trucks will participate in the event with more than ten trucks on Friday and several dozen on Saturday. Find more event details at the Boca Raton website.
