Guiseppe's Italian Sausage at Seminole Hard Rock Food Truck Roundup Tonight

Guiseppe's Italian Sausage is a taste of the Big Apple without the trip.

​Is there anyone out there from New York?  If you are, you'll know that the San Gennaro Feast starts next week.  Taking up all of Little Italy and running into Chinatown in New York's southernmost reaches, The Feast of San Gennaro is a giant block party of carnival games, music and food. 

Cannoli, pasta, clams, and zeppoles can all be found, but the crowd favorite, the one food item not to be missed is a big sausage and peppers hero.  Now, you could fly to New York next week...or you could get yourself over to Hard Rock tonight to try Guiseppe's Italian Sausage.


Joesph Messina runs Guiseppe's Italian Sausage, a typical sausage and peppers feast trailer. Sure, it's common in New York, but it's a sight for sore eyes (and hungry palates) here is south Florida.

The sausages, in hot or sweet, are shipped from New York. They're served on a hunk of fresh Italian bread and topped with a generous portion of onions and peppers, sauteed in a blend of secret ingredients.  Platter or hero will run you $8.

The result? A true Little Italy experience without the flight.
