Hobbled by Van Troubles, Nacho Bizness Stalls Service Today

Owner Aaron Byers says they'll be up and running as soon as tomorrow, with scheduled appearances at the Food Truck Expo at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Thursday and Burger Beast's Truck Tracker iiPhone app launch party on Friday.
Trouble with the van started
late last month, when the truck was forced to shut down on July 21st. Byers said he's looking for a new truck and trying to get the word out on Twitter and Facebook.
The truck's growing popularity has led to longer hours, more employees, and new menu items such as pork sliders and quesadillas. The Nacho Bizness Korean pulled pork taco was rated "Best Taco" for this year's New Times Best Of Award.
