The truck brings Hales gourmet Korean-inspired fare mobile. A few tweaks of the menu to make items portable were done, but the freshness and tastiness remain the same.

he menu changes daily, but expect such savory bites as kimchi eggrolls with ginger hot sauce ($5 for two), pork belly chili buns ($7 for 2), short rib chunk'd cheesy tots ($7), and ginger Brussels sprouts that are absolutely addictive ($5).
Two food truck roundups are scheduled for this Saturday, so bring cash (many food trucks still don't take plastic) and your appetite for a little food truck love. Dim Ssam a Gogo will be at both roundups.
The Broward Center for the Performing Arts celebrates their fall season with a food truck roundup Saturday, August 20th from 3-7 p.m. Live entertainment and a cash bar add to the festivities of almost two dozen trucks offering food. We recommend getting there early for a late lunch, as past roundups in downtown Fort Lauderdale have had large crowds.
