Bon Festival Is Saturday at Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens

Saturday's Bon Festival at Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens -- one of the most popular summer events in South Florida -- is a great way to score big points in the romance department.
Between the floating lanterns -- lit in honor of lost loved ones and set adrift on the tranquil waters of the garden -- and the gorgeous live dancing and music, your date will be swooning in no time. Of course, food, wine and beer are part of the attraction. Enjoy everything from funnel cakes and lemonade to vegetable tempura and soba noodles washed down with plum wine.
Advance tickets cost $12 for adults and $5 for kids ages 4 to 17; admission is free for members and ankle-biters age 3 and younger (add $3 to each ticket if purchased at the gate).
