Biergarten Boca Raton Slated for October Opening

Inside the 4500 s.f. space, long communal tables with tree trunk stools will offer seating for up to 70 people. Upstairs, the VIP room is cozier, while outdoor benches will support up to 40 drinkers and room enough for a wood-burning grill.
Biergarten will serve up 24 craft beers on tap and 24 bottles in traditional steins. Among them they'll offer Trappist brews, the Belgian beers brewed by Trappist monks according to stringent regulations. Sorry, hopheads, these beers are for malt lovers.
Pretzels, schnitzels, sausages, cheeses, and soups make the menu draft, with a handful of crowd pleasers like roast beef sliders.
Biergarten is the second beer temple to open in Boca in the fast few months, the first of which was the English Tap and Beer Garden, which debuted in June.
